Substitute Note definition

Substitute Note means all notes given in substitution or exchange for the Promissory Note or another Substitute Note.
Substitute Note means the Substitute Note (as defined in the Stock Purchase Agreement) issued by the Borrower to Occidental Petroleum Corporation in connection with the Acquisition.
Substitute Note means all notes given in substitution or exchange for the Promissory Note-One, Promissory Note-Two, Promissory Note-Three, Promissory Note-Four or another Substitute Note.

Substitute Note has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(e).
