Substitute Vehicle definition

Substitute Vehicle means a Vehicle not belonging to You which is used by You with the consent of the owner whilst Your Vehicle cannot be used because it is undergoing repair or service.
Substitute Vehicle means a vehicle similar to your vehicle which has been hired or borrowed because your vehicle is being repaired, serviced or is not drivable because of a mechanical breakdown.
Substitute Vehicle means a vehicle used to replace a disabled vehicle for less than thirty days.

  • A Substitute Vehicle must be rented from a nationally recognized rental agency and receipts are required for reimbursement.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the VOSA to the contrary, Ryder shall have no obligation to provide you with a Substitute Vehicle for the Vehicle(s) listed on this Schedule A.

  • You will not agree, attempt, offer or purport to sell, assign, sublet, lend, pledge, mortgage, let on hire, or otherwise part with or attempt to part with, or otherwise deal with the Vehicle and /or Substitute Vehicle.


More Definitions of Substitute Vehicle

Substitute Vehicle means a vehicle which has been hired or borrowed because your motorcycle is being repaired, serviced or is not able to be ridden because of a mechanical breakdown.
Substitute Vehicle means a motorhome or campervan which does not belong to you and which you, your spouse, defacto partner or an employee is using while your vehicle is not in use because your vehicle is unroadworthy or undergoing repair.
Substitute Vehicle means a Vehicle that is intended to permanently replace the original Vehicle set out in Storage – New Customer Form but for the avoidance of doubt shall not include a temporary vehicle placed on the Pitch in substitution for the Vehicle whilst it is off Site;
