A Substitute Vehicle must be rented from a nationally recognized rental agency and receipts are required for reimbursement.
Notwithstanding anything in the VOSA to the contrary, Ryder shall have no obligation to provide you with a Substitute Vehicle for the Vehicle(s) listed on this Schedule A.

You will not agree, attempt, offer or purport to sell, assign, sublet, lend, pledge, mortgage, let on hire, or otherwise part with or attempt to part with, or otherwise deal with the Vehicle and /or Substitute Vehicle.
