These General Terms, and any terms agreed in the New Customer Form, shall apply so long as any Order is in force.
If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the General Terms, the New Customer Form and/or any Order, the terms of the Order shall prevail, but only in relation to that particular Order, and the terms of the New Customer Form shall take precedence over the General Terms.
