Substituted Unitholder definition

Substituted Unitholder means a Person that is admitted as a Unitholder to the Company pursuant to Section 9.1.
Substituted Unitholder means a Person that is admitted as a Unitholder to the LLC pursuant to SECTION 11.1.
Substituted Unitholder has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01.

Substituted Unitholder means a Person who is admitted as a Unitholder to the Company pursuant to Section 10.4 and who is shown as a Unitholder in the Unitholder Registry.
