Substitution Notice Period definition

Substitution Notice Period means the period from, and including, the Issue Date to, and including, the 14th Business Day prior to the Scheduled Termination Date (as defined in the Credit Default Swap).
Substitution Notice Period has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.7(b).

  • If Buyer and Seller fail, in good faith, to reach an agreement and execute an Amendment to the applicable Site Specific PPA within the Substitution Notice Period, unless such period is extended at Seller’s sole discretion, the substitution shall not be allowed and Buyer shall compensate Seller in accordance with Section 4.8(a)(i).
