Series B Debentures means the $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.903% Series B senior unsecured debentures of the Trust due July 5, 2023.
2024 Notes means the 7.000% Senior Notes due 2024, issued pursuant to the 2024 Indenture.
Series A Debentures means the 8.675% Series A Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due February 1, 2027 of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Successor Preferred Guarantee Trustee means a successor Preferred Guarantee Trustee possessing the qualifications to act as Preferred Guarantee Trustee under Section 4.1.
