Successor Depositor definition

Successor Depositor has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Trust Agreement, or any successor entity to TXU Europe by reason of merger, consolidation or amalgamation, in its capacity as Successor Depositor.
Successor Depositor shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 7.01.
Successor Depositor has the meaning given to such term in Recital E.
