This Agreement shall extend to all successors, transferees and assigns of Company and neither it nor any of the conditions, ▇▇▇▇- bursements, benefits and/or obligations arising hereunder shall be assigned or transferred either in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Company as provided in Section VIII – Successors & Assigns.
