Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.
Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.
Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.
Service Data means all data provided to Provider, placed on Provider’s servers, or used, posted, stored or otherwise transferred or transmitted to Provider in connection with the Services, including text, sound, video or image file, material, product, content, IP address and similar address, recording, message, software, Account Information, account-related setting, and which may include, without limitation, Personal Data.
Study Data means all data, databases, documents, reports and other information resulting from, collected or developed in the performance of the Study;
Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
Post-consumer recovered material means any product used by a consumer, including a business that purchases the material, that has served its intended end use, and that has been separated or diverted from the solid waste stream for the purpose of use, reuse, or recycling.
Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.
Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.
Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.
Primary care physician means a physician qualified to be an attending physician according to ORS 656.005(12)(b)(A) and who is a general practitioner, family practitioner, or internal medicine practitioner.
