Summary declaration is the statement of goods and transportation vehicle submitted electronically before arrival to entry customs office with the purpose of making a risk analysis of the cargo entering into Customs Territory of Turkey in terms of safety and security.
This can be done either by means of a combined transit/Safety & Security declaration, OR an Exit Summary declaration followed by a transit declaration.
