  • Base Rent and Additional Rent shall be paid either (i) by an “electronic funds transfer” system arranged by and among Tenant, Tenant’s bank and Landlord, or (ii) by check sent to Landlord’s address set forth in Item 12C of the Summary of Basic Terms, or at such other place as Landlord shall from time to time designate in writing.

  • At the request of Landlord or Tenant made after the Commencement Date, Landlord and Tenant will execute a written amendment to, and restatement of, the Summary of Basic Terms pursuant to Section 2.6, setting forth the Commencement Date.

  • Landlord and Tenant have respectively executed this Lease as of the day and year set forth in Paragraph A of the Summary of Basic Terms.
