Summative rating definition

Summative rating means the overall rating for certified school personnel below the level of superintendent as determined by the district certified evaluation plan aligned to the Kentucky Framework for Personnel Evaluation.
Summative rating means the overall rating, as provided for in a ratings system, assigned to a person being evaluated at the conclusion of an evaluation cycle.
Summative rating means the four (4) performance levels applied using the four- level rating system: Level 1= Unsatisfactory (EMERGING), Level 2= Basic (DEVELOPING), Level 3 = Proficient (APPLYING), and Level 4= Distinguished (INNOVATING).
