Summer fallow definition
Summer fallow means the tillage of un-cropped land during the summer to control weeds and allow storage of moisture for the growth of a later crop.

Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;
Historically black college or university means an institution determined by the Secretary of Education to meet the requirements of 34 CFR 608.2.
