Sunset Date definition

Sunset Date means the first date following the date upon which the Significant Stockholder ceases to be the beneficial owner of at least 15% of the outstanding shares of common stock of the Corporation, determined in accordance with, and subject to, paragraph (iv) of Article II, Section 2(b) hereof.
Sunset Date means the first date after the date of adoption of these Articles on which Grupo VM and its Affiliates in the aggregate beneficially own less than 15% of the issued and outstanding Company Ordinary Shares;
Sunset Date means the date determined by the Board of Directors that is not less than 9 months and not more than 18 months following the occurrence of a Sunset Event and, if no such date is determined by the Board of Directors, the date that is 9 months following the occurrence of a Sunset Event;

More Definitions of Sunset Date

Sunset Date means the earlier of 4 December 2005 and such other date as may be nominated by the State under paragraph 8.1(i).
