Super Senior Hedge Counterparty definition

Super Senior Hedge Counterparty means each Hedge Counterparty to the extent it is owed Super Senior Hedging Liabilities.
Super Senior Hedge Counterparty has the meaning given to that term in the Intercreditor Agreement;
Super Senior Hedge Counterparty means any person who is or becomes a hedge counterparty pursuant to any Super Senior Hedging Agreement.
