Examples of Eligible Swap Counterparty in a sentence
To enable the CBC to hedge its exposure arising from any Series denominated in a currency other than euro de Volksbank will, pursuant to the Swap Undertaking Letter, be required to enter into (or procure a third party that is an Eligible Swap Counterparty to enter into) Structured Swaps with the CBC in respect of such Series of Covered Bonds.
If the lowest bidder specifies a notional amount that is less than the Outstanding Amount of the Reset Rate Notes, the Remarketing Agents, in consultation with the Administrator, may select more than one Eligible Swap Counterparty, but only to the extent that such additional Eligible Swap Counterparties have provided the next lowest received bid or bids, and enter into more than one Swap Agreement that result in the Rating Agency Condition being satisfied.

Without limitation of the provisions of the preceding clause (a), no waiver, amendment or other modification to this Agreement shall, unless signed by each Eligible Swap Counterparty then in existence, modify the provisions of Section 8.6 in any manner adverse to the interests of each such Eligible Swap Counterparty.
Without limitation of the foregoing provisions of this Section 12.5, no waiver, amendment or other modification to this Agreement shall, unless signed by each Eligible Swap Counterparty and each provider of Bank Products then in existence, modify the provisions of Section 9.3 in any manner adverse to the interests of each such Eligible Swap Counterparty and/or such provider of Bank Products.
