All expenditures related to the TANF PEAF Housing Supplemental award are for short-term emergency housing assistance that does not exceed 4 months and includes, but is not limited to, rent, deposits, utility payments, and household supplies for survivors with at least one dependent.
Within the RWHAP Part B grant there is: a Base grant for core medical and support services; the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) award; the ADAP Supplemental award for eligible entities that choose to apply; the Part B Supplemental award for recipients with demonstrated need that choose to apply; Minority AIDS Initiative funding for education and outreach to improve minority access to medication assistance programs, including ADAP; and supplemental grants to States with “emerging communities”.
