Supplemental Code definition

Supplemental Code means additional or replacement code of any portion of a Licensed Product as MS may provide access to DISTRIBUTOR from time to time. Any additional license rights or limitations related to the Supplemental Code will be described in the Additional Licensing Provisions for OEM Customer or in the applicable EULA provided when the Supplemental Code is downloaded from ECE by txx XEM Customer.
Supplemental Code means additional or replacement code of any portion of a Licensed Product as MS may provide to DISTRIBUTOR from time to time. Any additional license rights or limitations related to the Supplemental Code will be described in the Additional Licensing Provisions for MS Distributor provided in the Royalty Rate List or in a Supplemental Code letter from MS.
Supplemental Code means a supplement to, replacement of, or re-release of any part of a Product or OPK. Additional terms for Supplements are set forth in Supplement letters (“Supplement Letters”).

More Definitions of Supplemental Code

Supplemental Code means additional or replacement code of any portion of a Licensed Product as MS may provide to COMPANY from time to time.
Supplemental Code means software that MS may provide to COMPANY as a supplement to, or replacement of, any portion of Licensed Technology, including but not limited to bug fixes. To clarify, new versions of the Licensed Technology shall not be provided as Supplemental Code. Supplemental Code is subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any additional license rights or limitations related to the Supplemental Code will be described in a writing accompanying the Supplemental Code.

Related to Supplemental Code

  • Commercial Code means the French Commercial Code.

  • Municipal Code means the Municipal Code of Chicago.
