Supplemental Enhancement definition

Supplemental Enhancement is defined in the Insurance Agreement. ------------------------
Supplemental Enhancement means on any Distribution Date the product of the Supplemental Enhancement Percentage and the Collateral Amount (disregarding for the purposes of calculating the Collateral Amount any reference to Supplemental Enhancement).

  • The parties hereto agree that the Supplemental Enhancement Account shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and regardless of any provision in any other agreement, the "securities intermediary's jurisdiction" (within the meaning of Section 8-110 of the UCC) shall be the State of New York.

  • The Class C Certificate will have an aggregate original principal balance equal to the original balance of the Supplemental Enhancement Account and with respect to any Payment Date will have a principal balance equal to the amount on deposit in the Supplemental Enhancement Account (as more fully described below) on the related Determination Date.

  • The Trust will also issue a certificate (the "Class R Certificate") evidencing the right, subject to certain conditions described herein, to excess cash flow arising from the Receivables (as defined herein) and a Certificate (the "Class C Certificate") in an aggregate original principal balance equal to the original balance of the Supplemental Enhancement Account.

  • Amounts on deposit in the Supplemental Enhancement Account will be distributed to Class A Noteholders, or released to the Class C Certificateholder to the extent described in the Prospectus.

  • Payments to the Class A Noteholders on each Payment Date will be funded, first, from collections on the Receivables (including excess spread), second, from withdrawals from the Spread Account, third, from withdrawals from the Supplemental Enhancement Account and fourth, from draws on the Policy.

Related to Supplemental Enhancement

  • Enhancement Agreement means any agreement, instrument or document governing the terms of any Series Enhancement or pursuant to which any Series Enhancement is issued or outstanding.

  • Series Enhancement means the rights and benefits provided to the Trust or the Investor Certificateholders of any Series or Class pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, cash collateral guaranty, subordinated interest in the Trust Assets, cash collateral account, collateral interest, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement or other similar arrangement. The subordination of any Series or Class to another Series or Class shall be deemed to be a Series Enhancement.

  • Supplemental Services means services or items that are provided on a limited basis to complement the care provided by the caregiver.

  • Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Series, the Person, if any, designated as such in the related Supplement.

  • Credit Enhancement Agreement means the Agreement among the Sellers, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the Credit Enhancement Provider with respect to the Credit Enhancement.

  • Supplemental Servicing Fees means any and all (i) late fees, (ii) extension fees, (iii) non-sufficient funds charges and (iv) any and all other administrative fees or similar charges allowed by applicable law with respect to any Receivable.

  • Supplemental Terms means the product specific supplemental terms and conditions which include additional or different terms and conditions to those in the Cloud GTCs for the provision of specific Cloud Services which are made available on http://www.sap.com/company/legal.

  • Enhancement means a modification, addition or new release of the Software that when added to the Software, materially changes its utility, efficiency, functional capability or application.

  • Supplemental Ruling means (i) any ruling (other than the Ruling) issued by the IRS in connection with a Distribution, and (ii) any similar ruling issued by any other Taxing Authority addressing the application of a provision of the laws of another jurisdiction to a Distribution.
