Supplemental Issuer Account definition

Supplemental Issuer Account means the trust account or accounts designated as such and established pursuant to subsection 5.02(c).

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.

  • Indentures means, collectively, the Leased Aircraft Indentures and the Owned Aircraft Indentures.
