Supplemental Listing Application definition

Supplemental Listing Application has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Supplemental Listing Application means the application of the Company to the NYSE for the listing of additional shares of the Company’s Common Stock on the NYSE.
Supplemental Listing Application shall have the meaning set forth in 4.01(g).
