Supplemental Match definition

Supplemental Match means the benefit described in Section 3.2(a).
Supplemental Match means an amount credited to the Participant's Deferral Account pursuant to Section 2.2(a).

  • A Participant’s nonforfeitable percentage in such Participant’s Safe Harbor Supplemental Match Account was equal to such Participant’s nonforfeitable percentage in the Participant’s account containing the Safe Harbor Match under the terms of the Aon Savings Plan.

  • A Participant’s nonforfeitable percentage in such Participant’s Supplemental Match Account was equal to such Participant’s nonforfeitable percentage in the Participant’s account containing the First Tier Match under the terms of the Aon Savings Plan.

  • At such time as may be designated by the Investment Committee, each Participant shall be entitled to direct the allocation of all future amounts and existing balances credited to such Participant’s Aon Retirement Account, Supplemental Match Account, and Safe Harbor Supplemental Match Account to one or more of the Investment Funds that have been selected by the Investment Committee.

  • Instead, an Account with Sub-Accounts will be established to which (i) Supplemental Core Retirement Contributions and (ii) Supplemental Match Contributions, along with deferrals of (iii) AIP Awards, (iv) PSU Awards, (v) RSU Awards, (vi) DB SERP Benefits, (vii) CLRP Benefits, and (viii) DC SERP Benefits, shall be credited to each respective Sub-Account, along with investment credits as provided in Section 2.3.c. below.


More Definitions of Supplemental Match

Supplemental Match means the contribution allocated to the Participant’s Deferral Account pursuant to Section 2.2.
Supplemental Match means, for periods beginning on and after April 1, 1997 and before April 1, 1998, the Employer Matching Contribution described in Section 3.02(b) and, for periods beginning on and after April 1, 1998, the Employer Matching Contribution described in Section 3.02A(b).

Related to Supplemental Match

  • Supplemental Payment means any payments or transfers of things of value made to the District or to any person or persons in any form if such payment or transfer of thing of value being provided is in recognition of, anticipation of, or consideration for the Agreement and that is not authorized pursuant to Sections 313.027(f)(1) or (2) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, and specifically includes any payments required pursuant to Article VI of this Agreement.

  • Supplemental Terms means the product specific supplemental terms and conditions which include additional or different terms and conditions to those in the Cloud GTCs for the provision of specific Cloud Services which are made available on http://www.sap.com/company/legal.

  • Qualified Plan means a Benefit Arrangement that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Supplemental Servicing Fees means any and all (i) late fees, (ii) extension fees, (iii) non-sufficient funds charges and (iv) any and all other administrative fees or similar charges allowed by applicable law with respect to any Receivable.
