Supplemental Primary Location means, with respect to any Supplemental Tranche, the primary jurisdiction of each Supplemental Borrower under such Supplemental Tranche as designated in the applicable Supplemental Addendum.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services.
