Supplemental Shares definition

Supplemental Shares means 94.78 shares of Series E Preferred Stock and 145.96 shares of Class A Voting Common Stock.

More Definitions of Supplemental Shares

Supplemental Shares means fictional shares of Textron common stock accumulated and accounted for under this Plan for the purpose of determining the cash value of distributions and transfers from a Participant's supplemental savings account.

Supplemental Shares means additional ADSs of the Company purchased or owned by the Chargor and charged to the Security Agent pursuant to Clause 3.3;

Supplemental Shares means that number of shares of Acquiror Class B Common Stock (not less than zero) that is equal to the Sales Revenue expressed in dollars derived or to be derived from all Awarded Project Contracts that shall have an Award Date after March 31, 2000 and on or prior to December 31, 2000 (less any unearned Sales Revenue attributed to Awarded Project Contracts included in the determination of Initial Earnout Shares but subsequently cancelled) divided by $352.11.

Supplemental Shares means additional Ordinary Shares of the Company registered in the name of the Chargor and pledged to the Secured Party pursuant to Clause 2.3;
