Supplier Product means the Supplier's product identified in Exhibit A that Media 100 is authorized to sublicense, market and sell under this Agreement, including each of the Deliverables, if any.

• If Boeing determines that the Interface Problem is partially attributable to the design or installation of a Boeing Product and partially to the design or installation of a Supplier Product, Boeing will seek a solution to the Interface Problem through the cooperative efforts of Boeing and the Supplier and will promptly advise Customer of the resulting corrective actions and recommendations.

• Prior to or at Delivery of the first Aircraft, the Seller will provide the Buyer, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 17, with the warranties and, where applicable, service life policies that the Seller has obtained for Supplier Parts pursuant to the Supplier Product Support Agreements.

Supplier Product means each and any of (a) the products listed on Exhibit A, and (b) any successor or additional product that the parties agree in writing. 3 ***Confidential Treatment Requested

Supplier Product refers to any product that contains software, hardware, or combination of hardware and software, which VWGoA procures from the Supplier.

Supplier Product means any system, accessory, equipment, part or software that is procured by Boeing from a subcontractor and incorporated in a Baseline Aircraft and which is not manufactured to Boeing's detailed design. This includes but is not limited to any such parts manufactured to a specification/source control drawing, all standards, and other parts obtained from subcontractors. This does not include the engines.

Supplier Product means any product provided by a Supplier. "Supplier Service" means any service provided by a Supplier.
