Supplier Product definition

Supplier Product has the meaning set forth in Part 1 of the Product Assurance Document.

Supplier Product means the Supplier's product identified in Exhibit A that Media 100 is authorized to sublicense, market and sell under this Agreement, including each of the Deliverables, if any.

Supplier Product has the meaning set forth in Part 1 of the Product Assurance Document. Taxes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 of the AGTA.

Examples of Supplier Product in a sentence

• The tangible embodiment of the work performed or Services, Maintenance Services, Licensed Services, Solution, Component, Software, plans, reports, data, Product, Supplier Product and Updates provided by the Supplier in fulfilling its obligations under the Contract or as identified in the applicable Statement of Work or order, including the development or creation of Work Product, if Work Product is authorized under the Contract.

• As applicable, any update, modification or new release of the Software, System Software, Application, Documentation or Supplier Product that Supplier makes generally available to its customers at no additional cost.

• For a period of five (5) years following acceptance of the Product by an Authorized User, Supplier warrants that the Product's performance standards and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) standards, calculated based upon such Authorized User's installed base of Supplier Product, shall be at least as good as the standards set forth in Exhibit B.

• Supplier warrants that Supplier and its employees, subcontractors, partners and third party providers have taken all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that the Application, Licensed Services, Supplier Product, and any deliverables do not have dependencies on other operating systems or software that are no longer supported by Supplier, or its Subcontractors, partners and third-party providers.

• Supplier warrants that all post-Acceptance Updates, changes, alterations or modifications to the Application, Licensed Services and documentation by Supplier will be compatible with, and will not materially diminish the features or functionality of the Application, Licensed Services and/or Supplier Product when used on the equipment in accordance with the documentation and all of the terms and conditions hereof.

More Definitions of Supplier Product

Supplier Product has the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(a).

Supplier Product means each and any of (a) the products listed on Exhibit A, and (b) any successor or additional product that the parties agree in writing.

Supplier Product means any system, accessory, equipment, part or software that is procured by Boeing from a subcontractor and incorporated in a Baseline Aircraft and which is not manufactured to Boeing's detailed design. This includes but is not limited to any such parts manufactured to a specification/source control drawing, all standards, and other parts obtained from subcontractors. This does not include the engines.

Supplier Product. Means Supplier’s and its Subcontractors’ and third party vendors/licensors’ proprietary reports, information and data made available to SCC and its Application Users.

Supplier Product means any product provided by a Supplier. "Supplier Service" means any service provided by a Supplier.

Supplier Product is defined in Section 3.21(a) of the Agreement.

Supplier Product means any goods available for sale to JNI by SUPPLIER and described in Exhibit B hereto, which exhibit may be amended by written approval of both Parties from time to time.
