Supply Chain Sourcing definition
Supply Chain Sourcing means the hiring of third parties to furnish products or services that are used or utilized by the Transfer Agent in performing services under this Agreement but which do not constitute in and by themselves the service that the Transfer Agent is required to perform under this Agreement or any component thereof; and by way of illustration include products such as software and computer equipment and services such as consulting, legal advice, and systems and software analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance. The use of Supply Chain Sourcing shall not relieve the Transfer Agent of any liability or obligations it may have under this Agreement. Each delegate and any party hired as part of Supply Chain Sourcing shall be subject to confidentiality obligations comparable to those provided in this Agreement.
