Supply Month definition

Supply Month means a Month during which Gas Products or Interim Supply are supplied by the Supplier to the Customers pursuant to the relevant Customer Contract.
Supply Month means any calendar month in which DONG Energy supplies electricity to any Exit Point pursuant to this Agreement (or any part of a month if DONG Energy does not supply Electricity for the entire calendar month).

Examples of Supply Month in a sentence

  • If the Customer’s Meter reading is received after that time, then the Supplier shall use the Customer’s Meter reading when calculating the invoice for the Supply Month following the Supply Month in which such reading is received.

  • Supply Month a Month during which Electricity Products are supplied by the Supplier to the Customers pursuant to the relevant Customer Contract.

  • The Authority may enter into Transactions (other than Default Transactions): by telephone during Trading Hours; up to forty-two (42) Months in advance of a Supply Month in respect of which the Transaction applies (including beyond the end of the Term); and at any time prior to the relevant Last Fixing Day.

  • If the Customer’s Meter reading is received by the Supplier by the [2nd] Working Day following the end of the Supply Month, then the Supplier shall use the Customer’s Meter reading to calculate the invoice for that Supply Month.

  • The mechanism in Paragraph 4.4.2(a) shall not, during a Supply Month, apply to that Supply Month or the Supply Month immediately following that Supply Month.

  • If the Customer is the Responsible Party and the Customer, or Agent of the Customer, does not provide Meter readings to the Supplier for a Supply Month, the Supplier shall use the consumption data recorded by the Meters under Clause 8.

  • The Authority may set prices for Gas Products for the Customer Portfolio up to forty-two (42) Months in advance of a Supply Month (including beyond the end of the Term).

  • The Authority shall seek to purchase for each Supply Month during the Procurement Year, the Hedged Percentage of the volumes required for that Supply Month as specified by the Purchase Shape (as updated from time to time by the Supplier) unless agreed otherwise by the Parties (the “Baseline Volume”).

  • The mechanism in Paragraph 4.17 shall not, during a Supply Month, apply to that Supply Month or the Supply Month immediately following that Supply Month.

  • For each Supply Month, the Supplier shall carry out Demand Actualisation as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within ten (10) Days following the end of the Supply Month.

Related to Supply Month

  • Supply Period means the period commencing on the Supply Period Start Date and terminating on the Termination Date.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;

  • Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Gas Year means the period of 365 or 366 Gas Days, as the case may be, beginning at October 1st at 06:00 hours (Belgian time) and ending at September 30th 06:00 hours (Belgian time) of the next year.

  • Contract Month means the expiry month January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, .

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Project Year means the twelve-month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending twelve months thereafter (the First Project Year), and any twelve-month period beginning at the end of the First Project Year, or the end of subsequent Project Years;

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;

  • Royalty Year means, (i) for the year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs (the “First Royalty Year”), the period commencing with the first day of the Calendar Quarter in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and expiring on the last day of the Calendar Year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and (ii) for each subsequent year, each successive Calendar Year.

  • A month means a month according to Gregorian calendar.

  • Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR means the rate for Term SOFR for a tenor of three months that is published by the Term SOFR Administrator at the Reference Time for any Floating Interest Period, as determined by the Calculation Agent after giving effect to the Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Month means calendar month.

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
