Support Payments definition

Support Payments payments from the Company to the Capital Corporation made pursuant to that certain Support Agreement, dated as October 15, 1996, by and between the Company and the Capital Corporation, as amended by the First Amended Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2003, between the Company and the Capital Corporation.

• If a household has two parents who are both in receipt of JobSeeker Payment and one child who is in receipt of ABSTUDY Living Allowance, that household would receive three Economic Support Payments – the two parents would each receive the Economic Support Payment ($750 each) and the child would receive the Economic Support Payment ($750).

Support Payments means an ongoing or periodic payment issued by the Grantee to the Client for a support service or directly to the vendor providing the support service to the Client.
