Supported Obligations definition

Supported Obligations means the Loan Obligations, the obligations of the Obligors under the Loan Documents and the Other Supported Obligations;

Supported Obligations has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a). ---------------------

Examples of Supported Obligations in a sentence

• No Other Supported Party holding Other Supported Obligations from time to time shall have any additional right to influence the Guarantees or the enforcement thereof as a result of holding Other Supported Obligations as long as this Agreement remains in force.

• Notwithstanding the rights of Other Supported Parties to benefit from the Guarantees in respect of the Other Supported Obligations, all decisions concerning the Guarantees and the enforcement thereof shall be made by the Lenders or the Majority Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with this Agreement.

• Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the Agent shall apply the proceeds of realization arising from the enforcement of this Agreement or any other Loan Document and of any credit or compensating balance in reduction of the Loan Obligations and the Other Supported Obligations on a pro rata basis.

• Each Other Supported Party, by its acceptance of the benefit of any Guarantees, shall be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the provisions of this Agreement applicable to Other Supported Parties and regarding the terms upon which the Other Supported Obligations are supported by the Guarantees, and authorizes and directs the Agent to act accordingly.

• Upon request by a Lender, the Agent shall, from time to time, prepare and provide the Lenders and the Borrower with a revision of Schedule C to reflect changes in the Other Supported Obligations to the extent notified in writing by the Borrower to the Agent, but any failure to do so shall not affect the guarantees of any Other Supported Obligations in favour of any Other Supported Parties.

Supported Obligations means the aggregate amount by which the Aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings would exceed $5,000,000 after giving effect to any Borrowing or the issuance of any Letter of Credit pursuant to the Credit Agreement.

Supported Obligations means the full, complete and timely performance of the obligations of the Company now or hereafter existing under (i) the Repurchase Agreement; (ii) the Conduit Purchase Agreement, and (iii) the Participation Agreement.
