Surgery Center means a freestanding surgical facility that:

Telemedicine means the use of medical information exchanged from one site to another via electronic communications for the health of the CDCR Patient-Inmate/DJJ Youth and for the purpose of improving CDCR Patient-Inmate/DJJ Youth care. Telemedicine includes consultative, diagnostic and treatment services.
