Sustainability Advisor definition

Sustainability Advisor means a suitably qualified and experienced member of the Contractor’s staff who has responsibility for advising the Contractor on sustainability issues and who will act as the contact point between the Contractor and the Authority in relation to all such issues;
Sustainability Advisor means TD Securities (USA) LLC, in its capacity as the sustainability advisor.
