Swap Agreement Assignment definition

Swap Agreement Assignment means the assignment of certain Swap Agreements, entered into by the Owner in favour of the Security Trustee and dated 6 August 2008.
Swap Agreement Assignment means the assignment of any Swap Agreement, in the form attached at Appendix 4 (Form of Swap Agreement Assignment) entered or to be entered into on or before the Utilisation Date for the Incidental Costs Loan.

Swap Agreement Assignment means, in respect of each Swap Agreement, the assignment of that Swap Agreement to be granted by the Borrower in favour of the Security Trustee (and held by the Security Trustee on behalf of itself and the Tranche A Lenders) in the form attached at Appendix 10, together with any and all notices and acknowledgements entered into in connection therewith.
