Swap Collateral Securities Account definition

Swap Collateral Securities Account means the Euro denominated account established in the name of the Guarantor with the Account Bank, No. 951301, or such other substitute account as may be opened in accordance with the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement.
Swap Collateral Securities Account means the account No. 1040702266G and any collateral account (if any) related to each Swap Provider which may be opened, in name and on behalf of the Guarantor, with the Swap Collateral Account Bank on which the Swap Collateral in the form of securities may be posted in accordance with the relevant Swap Agreement.
Swap Collateral Securities Account means a securities account opened in the name of the Current Issuer for the purpose of holding Swap Collateral in the form of securities and maintained in accordance with the terms of the Current Issuer Cash Management Agreement;

  • In the event that any collateral is posted by a Master Issuer Currency Swap Provider pursuant to a Master Issuer Currency Swap Agreement, the Master Issuer shall instruct the Master Issuer Cash Manager to open a bank account (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include any Master Issuer Swap Collateral Securities Account) with the Master Issuer Sterling Account Bank for the purposes of holding such collateral (any such account, a Master Issuer Swap Collateral Account).

  • Swap Collateral means, at any time, any asset (including, without limitation, cash and/or securities) which is paid or transferred by a Swap Provider to the Guarantor (and not transferred back to the Swap Provider) as credit support to support the performance by such Swap Provider of its obligations under the relevant Swap Agreement together with any income or distributions received in respect of such asset and any equivalent of such asset into which such asset is transformed; for greater certainty, Contingent Collateral shall at all times be excluded from Swap Collateral;

  • Securities Account is any “securities account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

  • Collateral Security means security, other than a security interest in a motor vehicle that is the subject of an installment sale contract, that is given to secure performance of an obligation of the buyer, or of any surety or guarantor for the buyer, under an installment sale contract. The term includes the undertakings of any surety or guarantor for the buyer and any interest in, encumbrance on, or pledge of real or personal property other than the motor vehicle that is the subject of the installment sale contract.

  • Securities Accounts (i) shall mean all “securities accounts” as defined in Article 8 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4(A) under the heading “Securities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).

  • Deposit Account means a demand, time, savings, passbook or like account with a bank, savings and loan association, credit union or like organization, other than an account evidenced by a negotiable certificate of deposit.

  • Eligible Deposit Account means either (a) a segregated account with an Eligible Institution or (b) a segregated trust account with the corporate trust department of a depository institution organized under the laws of the United States of America or any one of the states thereof or the District of Columbia (or any domestic branch of a foreign bank), having corporate trust powers and acting as trustee for funds deposited in such account, so long as any of the securities of such depository institution shall have a credit rating from each Rating Agency in one of its generic rating categories that signifies investment grade.
