Swap Fixed Rate Account Class A-3FX means with respect to the Class A-3FX Certificates and its Swap Corresponding REMIC Regular Interest and Swap Corresponding Agreement, the segregated non-interest bearing trust account or accounts created and maintained as a separate account or accounts by the Certificate Administrator (on behalf of the Trustee) pursuant to Section 5.1(h) of this Agreement, which shall be an Eligible Account or a subaccount of an Eligible Account and shall be entitled “Wxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Certificate Administrator on behalf of Wxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, in trust for the benefit of the Holders of Mxxxxx Sxxxxxx Bank of America Mxxxxxx Lxxxx Trust 2013-C10, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2013-C10, Swap Fixed Rate Account Class A-3FX.”
