Swedish CSD definition

Swedish CSD means a duly authorised Swedish central securities depository (Sw.: central värdepappersförvarare) under the Swedish Financial Instruments Accounts Act (Sw.: lag (1998:1479) om kontoföring av finansiella instrument), which is expected to be Euroclear Sweden AB, Klarabergsviadukten 63, Box 191, SE 101 23, Stockholm, Sweden;

Swedish CSD means a duly authorised Swedish central securities depository (Sw.: central värdepappersförvarare) under the Swedish Central Securities Depositaries and Financial Instruments Accounts Act (Sw.: lag (1998:1479) om centrala värdepappersförvarare och kontoföring av finansiella instrument), which is expected to be Euroclear Sweden;

Swedish CSD means Euroclear Sweden AB, registration number 556112-8074, registered address: Klarabergsvidadukten 63, Box 191, SE-101 23 Stockholm, the Swedish central securities depository or any successor or replacement thereto;

• The Swedish CSD, in respect of SEK Bonds initially being Euroclear Sweden AB, shall perform its obligations as CSD solely in respect of the SEK Bonds and in accordance with the rules and regulations for issuers and issuing agents as regularly applied to it in relation to Swedish bond offerings, and shall, for the avoidance of doubt, have no obligations in respect of the NOK Bonds or the USD Bonds.

• The Issuer is entitled to receive from Euroclear Sweden, at its request, a transcript of the register for the Notes in accordance with the Swedish CSD Rules.
