Examples of Swing Line Letter of Credit in a sentence
Each Swing Line Loan (other than a Swing Line Letter of Credit) shall be repaid by the Borrower (or converted into a Syndicated Advance in accordance with Section 3.9(h)) within 30 days after the relevant Drawdown Date (in the case of a Canadian Prime Rate Loan or a U.S. Base Rate Loan) or on the maturity date (not to exceed 30 days after the relevant Drawdown Date) selected by the Borrower in the Notice of Borrowing requesting such Swing Line Loan (in the case of Bankers' Acceptances).
The Swing Line Lender may also, at the request of the Borrower, issue Letters of Credit as a Swing Line Loan in Canadian Dollars or U.S. Dollars (each, a "Swing Line Letter of Credit") in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 11.1.
The Borrower may make prepayments of Swing Line Loans at any time and from time to time without notice or penalty; provided that: (i) any Swing Line Loan by way of Bankers’ Acceptances cannot be prepaid prior to its Maturity Date, and (ii) any Swing Line Letter of Credit may only be prepaid if the original of such Letter of Credit is returned to the Swing Line Lender for cancellation or collateralized in accordance with Section 11.1(e), subject to the consent of the Swing Line Lender and the Agent.
