U.S. Swing Line Lender definition

U.S. Swing Line Lender means Bank of America in its capacity as provider of U.S. Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

U.S. Swing Line Lender means Barclays Bank in its capacity as the U.S. Swing Line Lender hereunder, together with its permitted successors and assigns in such capacity.

U.S. Swing Line Lender means Bank of America, in its capacity as provider of U.S. Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender of such swing line loans hereunder.

• The Administrative Agent shall remit the funds so received to the U.S. Swing Line Lender.

• Promptly after receipt by the U.S. Swing Line Lender of any telephonic Swing Line Loan Notice, the U.S. Swing Line Lender will confirm with the Administrative Agent (by telephone or in writing) that the Administrative Agent has also received such Swing Line Loan Notice and, if not, the U.S. Swing Line Lender will notify the Administrative Agent (by telephone or in writing) of the contents thereof.
