Swingline Loan Exposure definition

Swingline Loan Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Swingline Loans outstanding at such time. The Swingline Loan Exposure of any RL Lender at any time shall be its RL Percentage of the aggregate Swingline Loan Exposure at such time.
Swingline Loan Exposure means, as of any date of determination with respect to any Lender, such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the Swingline Loans on such date.
Swingline Loan Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Swingline Loans outstanding at such time (for this purpose, using the Dollar Equivalent of each outstanding Euro Denominated Swingline Loan). Swingline Loan Exposure means, with respect to any Liquidity Lender at any time, its obligation to refinance outstanding Swingline Loans with Liquidity Loans or to fund a risk participation with respect to any outstanding Swingline Loans. The Swingline Loan Exposure of any Liquidity Lender at any time shall be its pro rata share of the total Swingline Loan Exposure at such time, based upon the respective Liquidity Commitments of the Liquidity Lenders.
