Swiss Obligor definition

Swiss Obligor means a Swiss Borrower or a Swiss Guarantor.
Swiss Obligor means any Obligor incorporated (or otherwise organised) or having its registered office in Switzerland or being resident in Switzerland for purposes of Swiss Withholding Tax.
Swiss Obligor means a Loan Party which is incorporated in Switzerland or, if different, is considered to be tax resident in Switzerland for Swiss Withholding Tax purposes.
