Switch Option Effective Date means any date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms provided that any such date (i) shall be an Interest Payment Date and (ii) shall be deemed as such subject to the exercise of the relevant Switch Option having been notified by the Issuer pursuant to this Condition 5 and in accordance with Condition 13 (Notices) prior to the relevant Switch Option Expiry Date.

Related to Switch Option Effective Date

  • Plan Effective Date means the “Effective Date” as defined in the Plan of Reorganization.
