Master Declaration means a written instrument, however named, (i) recorded on or after June 1, 1994, and (ii) complying with section 515B.2-121, subsection (e).
Condominium Declaration means the Declaration of Condominium for NetApp RTP Phase I Condominium recorded in Book 012647, Page 01310, Wake County, North Carolina Registry.
Compliance Declaration means a compliance declaration substantially in the form set out in Schedule F;
Relevant Declaration means the declaration relevant to the Shareholder as set out in Schedule 2B of the Taxes Act.
Supplemental Declaration means any Declaration amending or supplementing this Declaration, which is adopted in accordance with Section 8.
Bid Declaration Form means a declaration by the Bidders in form as specified in Annexure III of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

Certificate of Limited Partnership means the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Partnership filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware as referenced in Section 7.2, as such Certificate of Limited Partnership may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

Limited Partnership Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated as of March 9, 2004, as amended from time to time.
Statutory Declaration means a declaration made in writing according to the requirements of the Oaths Act 2001 (Tas). It is an offence under section 113 of the Criminal Code, as contained in Schedule 1 of the Criminal Code Act 1924 (Tas), to make a false statement in a Statutory Declaration.
Common Billing Agreement means an agreement between the Appointee and any other person under which that person has undertaken to pay, on terms agreed between them, charges for water supply or sewerage services, or both, in respect of two or more Houses which have a common Supply Pipe and which, in any case where that agreement relates to one of those services only, are also subject to a similar agreement for common billing between that person and the undertaker providing the other service;
Original Declaration of Trust shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Declaration of Trust;
Declaration of Trust means this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, as amended or restated from time to time;
Medical certificate of fitness means a certificate valid for one year issued by an occupational health practitioner, issued in terms of these regulations, whom shall be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa;
Architect’s Agreement means any agreement that Borrower and any Architect from time to time may execute pursuant to which Borrower engages such Architect to design any portion of the Improvements, including the preparation of the Plans and Specifications, as approved by Funding Lender.
leasing agreement means an agreement by which one person (the lessor) grants a right to possession or control of an object (with or without an option to purchase) to another person (the lessee) in return for a rental or other payment;
PILOT Agreement means the Agreement for Payments in Lieu of Ad Valorem Taxes entered into by and among the Board, the Company, the City and the County.
Condominium Documents means the master deed, recorded pursuant to this act, and any other instrument referred to in the master deed or bylaws which affects the rights and obligations of a co-owner in the condominium.
Operating Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Operating Partnership, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Articles of Agreement means the Articles of Agreement of the Bank.
Enterprise Agreement means an agreement certified under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) or approved under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW).
Planning Agreement means an agreement, undertaking or obligation pursuant to the provisions of section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 or an infrastructure agreement pursuant to section 38 or section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 or the section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991;
