Symphony Evolution Charter definition

Symphony Evolution Charter means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Symphony Evolution, dated as of June 9, 2005.

  • Fossil fuel-fired means the combustion of fossil fuel or any derivative of fossil fuel, alone or in combination with any other fuel, independent of the percentage of fossil fuel consumed in any calendar year (expressed in mmBtu).

  • Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency.
