Syndicate Members shall have the meaning given to such term in the Preamble;

More Definitions of Syndicate Members

Syndicate Members means, in relation to any FX Transaction entered into by the Agent on behalf of a particular Syndicate and referable to a particular year of account, all the members of the relevant Syndicate in respect of that year of account;
