Mondelēz International shall pay to the Administrative Agent for its own account or for the accounts of the Joint Lead Arrangers or Lenders, as applicable, such fees, and at such times, as shall have been separately agreed between Mondelēz International and the Administrative Agent or the Joint Lead Arrangers.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, Co-Syndication Agents or Co-Documentation Agents shall have any duties or responsibilities under this Agreement except in its capacity, as applicable, as Administrative Agent or a Lender hereunder.
