Syndicated Advance definition

Syndicated Advance means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Syndicated Loans of the same Type made to the Borrower by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.1, and, in the case of Eurodollar Advances, for the same Interest Period.
Syndicated Advance means any Syndicated Loan or any Letter of Credit Advance.
Syndicated Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01.

Examples of Syndicated Advance in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall select the Type of each Syndicated Advance and, in the case of a Eurodollar Advance, the Interest Period applicable to such Syndicated Advance from time to time.

  • GEs should consult with the faculty member to whom they are assigned early each term to clarify expectations regarding the hours devoted to specific workload and responsibilities.

More Definitions of Syndicated Advance

Syndicated Advance means an Advance that is not a Swing Line Loan.
Syndicated Advance means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Syndicated Loans of the same Type made to the Borrower by each of the Lenders pursuant to SECTION 2.1, and, in the case of Eurodollar Advances, for the same Interest Period.
Syndicated Advance means an advance by a Bank to the Borrower (i) pursuant to Section 2.02, as the same may be converted or continued from time to time pursuant to Section 2.03 or (ii) pursuant to Section 4.06. At any time, depending upon the interest rate selected therefor or otherwise applicable thereto in accordance with Section 2.03 and 5.01, a Syndicated Advance shall be a Base Rate Advance, a Eurocurrency Rate Advance or a EURIBOR Rate Advance.
Syndicated Advance means an advance made to the Borrower under this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.02. Syndicated Advances shall at all times be Euro-Dollar Advances, unless such Syndicated Advance is to be a Base Rate Advance pursuant to Article XII herein.
Syndicated Advance means a borrowing hereunder (or conversion or ------------------ continuation thereof) consisting of the aggregate amount of the several Syndicated Loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower, on the same Borrowing Date (or date of conversion or continuation), of the same Type and, in the case of a Fixed Rate Syndicated Advance, for the same Interest Period.
Syndicated Advance means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Syndicated Loans of the same Type made to the Borrower by each of the Lenders pursuant to SECTION 2.1, and for, in the case of Eurodollar Advances, the same Interest Period.
Syndicated Advance means an Advance made (or deemed to be made), by a Bank to a Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(a) provided that, if any Advance or Advances (or portions thereof) are combined or subdivided pursuant to a Notice of Conversion or Rollover, the term "Syndicated Advance" shall refer to the combined principal amount or Face Amount, as applicable, resulting from such combination or to each of the separate principal amounts or Face Amounts, as applicable, resulting from such subdivision, as the case may be.
