Syndicated Loan Note definition

Syndicated Loan Note is defined in Section 2.6.
Syndicated Loan Note means any one of such Syndicated Loan Notes.
Syndicated Loan Note means a promissory note made by Borrower in favor of a Lender (other than Swing Line Lender) evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C (collectively, the "Syndicated Loan Notes").

  • Reference is made to the Credit Agreement for provisions for the optional and mandatory prepayment and the repayment hereof and the acceleration of the maturity hereof, as well as the obligation of the Borrower to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys fees, in the event this Syndicated Loan Note is collected by law or through an attorney at law.

Related to Syndicated Loan Note

  • Syndicated Loan means a Loan made by a Lender pursuant to Section 2.01(a); provided that, if any such loan or loans (or portions thereof) are combined or subdivided pursuant to a Notice of Interest Rate Election, the term “Syndicated Loan” shall refer to the combined principal amount resulting from such combination or to each of the separate principal amounts resulting from such subdivision, as the case may be.

  • Syndicated Loans means Base Rate Loans or Euro-Dollar Loans made pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Broadly Syndicated Loan means a Collateral Loan that (a) is a syndicated commercial loan, (b) has an Initial Tranche Size of $250,000,000 or greater (without consideration of reductions thereon from scheduled amortization payments), and (c) is rated (or will be rated) by S&P or Moody’s (or the related Obligor for such Collateral Loan is rated by S&P or Moody’s).

  • Swingline Loan Note a promissory note in the form of Exhibit H-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Revolving Loan Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit B-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Committed Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Committed Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Committed Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Swingline Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-2, and any amendments, supplements and modifications thereto, any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.

  • Line of Credit Note shall have the meaning given the term in Section 2.1.a.

  • Swingline Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(b).

  • Credit Note means a document issued by a registered person under sub-section (1) of section 34;

  • Revolving Loan Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the Borrower, the lenders from time to time party thereto and the Revolving Loan Administrative Agent.

  • Revolving Credit Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Revolving Credit Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit D-2 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Revolving Credit Lender resulting from the Revolving Credit Loans made by such Revolving Credit Lender to the Borrower.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Swingline The facility pursuant to which the SwingLine Lender may advance Revolving Credit Loans aggregating up to the SwingLine Loan Ceiling.

  • Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Revolving Loan Lender means a Lender with a Revolving Credit Commitment or a Revolving Loan.

  • Bid Loan Lender means, in respect of any Bid Loan, the Lender making such Bid Loan to the Borrower.

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.
