Swingline definition

Swingline. The facility pursuant to which the SwingLine Lender may advance Revolving Credit Loans aggregating up to the SwingLine Loan Ceiling.
Swingline means the credit facility for making one or more Swingline Loans described in Section 1.1(b).

Examples of Swingline in a sentence

  • Within the foregoing limits and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Borrower may borrow, prepay and reborrow Swingline Loans.

  • This Section shall not apply to Swingline Borrowings, which may not be converted or continued.

  • Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the requested date (which shall be a Business Day) and amount of the requested Swingline Loan.

Swingline means the credit facility for making one or more Swingline Loans described in Section 2.2(b).
Swingline is defined in section 2.08.
Swingline when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are made by a Swingline Lender to Borrower pursuant to Section 2.10 of the Credit Agreement.
