SwinglineThe facility pursuant to which the SwingLine Lender may advance Revolving Credit Loans aggregating up to the SwingLine Loan Ceiling.
Swingline means the credit facility for making one or more Swingline Loans described in Section 2.2(b).

  • The Lenders agree that upon request by the Agent each time the Borrower is so deemed to have requested a Borrowing, they will make advances under the Revolving Facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Swingline Reduction Amount, the proceeds of which will be applied to reduce the outstanding Borrowings under the Swingline.

  • Each Notice of Borrowing (other than any Notice of Borrowing requesting Swingline Loans and corresponding Swingline Refinancing Loans) shall be revocable by the Borrower only if notice of such revocation is given to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent (with a copy to the Collateral Agent) no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date that is one Business Day before the date of the related Borrowing.

Swingline is defined in section 2.08.
Swingline when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are made by a Swingline Lender to Borrower pursuant to Section 2.10 of the Credit Agreement.
