Syndicated Loan Notes definition

Syndicated Loan Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay Syndicated Loans, together with all amendments, consolidations, modifications, renewals and supplements thereto.
Syndicated Loan Notes means the Dollar Notes and the Alternative Currency Notes, and "Syndicated Loan Note" means any one of such Syndicated Loan Notes.
Syndicated Loan Notes means each of the Dollar Notes or Foreign Currency Notes or any or all of them, as the context shall require.

Related to Syndicated Loan Notes

  • Syndicated Loan means a Loan made by a Lender pursuant to Section 2.01(a); provided that, if any such loan or loans (or portions thereof) are combined or subdivided pursuant to a Notice of Interest Rate Election, the term “Syndicated Loan” shall refer to the combined principal amount resulting from such combination or to each of the separate principal amounts resulting from such subdivision, as the case may be.

  • Syndicated Loans means Base Rate Loans or Euro-Dollar Loans made pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Loan Notes means the promissory notes evidencing the Loans in the aggregate original principal amount of Two Hundred Million Dollars ($200,000,000) executed by Borrower in favor of Lenders, as they may be amended, supplemented, replaced or modified from time to time.   • Swingline Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Swingline Lender evidencing the Swingline Loans made by the Swingline Lender, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-2, and any amendments, supplements and modifications thereto, any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.

  • First Lien Loans means the “Loans” (or any comparable term) as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Canadian Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as lender of Canadian Swingline Loans hereunder.

  • Term Loan Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term Loan Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
