System Availability SLA definition

System Availability SLA means a 99.5% System Availability Percentage during each Month for the production version of the Cloud Service.
System Availability SLA means a 99.7% System Availability Percentage during each Month for the production version of the Cloud Service.

  • The System Availability SLA does not apply to these on-premise components.
