System Fuel definition

System Fuel means mainline compression fuel plus lost and unaccounted for Gas on Transporter’s System. Such System Fuel will be calculated pursuant to the Fuel Tracker set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
System Fuel means all Gas (including Residue Gas) and electric power measured and utilized as fuel for the TGP System, including Gas (including Residue Gas) and electric power utilized as fuel for compressor stations, stated in Mcfs or kilowatt hours, as applicable; provided, however, that “System Fuel” shall not include any Gas (including Residue Gas) or electric power used as a result of Provider’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
System Fuel means all actual Product measured and used as fuel for the System, including Product used as fuel for compressor stations (to the extent stated in Section 5.4(d)), stated in MMBtu. To the extent any Product is used as fuel and is not Other System Fuel but such fuel has not been measured, such Product shall be System L&U.

Examples of System Fuel in a sentence

  • Customer’s allocated share of the System Fuel shall be based on actual usage of System Fuel and shall not be subject to any minimum or maximum limits.

  • All receipts and deliveries of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas less System Fuel and Losses shall be balanced on a MMBtu basis, and all quantities referred to herein shall be adjusted for the Gross Heating Value thereof.

  • Each Invoice shall also contain the volumes of all System Fuel and Losses allocated to Customer in accordance with this Agreement.

  • If, during any Month, Gathering System Fuel exceeds the amount a reasonably prudent operator would use as fuel for the Gathering System, then Gatherer shall pay Shipper in respect of such excess that is allocated to Shipper in accordance this Agreement an amount equal to (a) the volume of such excess allocated to Shipper in accordance this Agreement multiplied by (b) the prices received for Shipper’s Gas in the prior Month.

  • Title to Customer’s share of System Fuel and Losses shall be transferred to Provider at the Receipt Points.

  • Midstream Co shall account for the Other System Fuel used by Midstream Co in the operation of the Individual System.

  • Reductions in volumes of Shipper Gas due to the usage of Shipper Gas as measured Gathering System Fuel shall be shared and allocated among all shippers on each Subsystem in the proportion that each such shipper Tenders Gas to the applicable Receipt Points on such Subsystem.

  • Actual receipts and deliveries must balance daily with nominated receipts and deliveries, respectively, and nominated receipts, less any deductions for System Fuel and any provision for imbalance corrections, shall equal nominated deliveries.

  • Each Invoice shall also contain the volumes of all System Fuel and Losses allocated to Shipper with respect to each Subsystem in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Upon delivery by Shipper of Gas to the Point(s) of Receipt specified under Shipper’s Contract, Transporter shall receive such Gas and deliver on a firm or interruptible basis thermally equivalent quantities of such Gas for the account of Shipper to the Point(s) of Delivery up to the MDQ specified in Shipper’s Contract, after deducting System Fuel from the volume received by Transporter.

Related to System Fuel

  • Fossil fuel means natural gas, petroleum, coal, or any form of solid, liquid, or gaseous fuel derived from such material.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • multi-system operator or “MSO” means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.
